    Vet check-in at the gate

    A licensed vet says hello and checks your pet in.

  2. 10:00

    Host welcome

    A named host greets your pet by name.

  3. 10:20

    Their moment

    The celebration, showcase or portrait.

  4. 11:15

    Treat and photo

    A dog-safe treat and a portrait.

  5. 11:30

    Shade, water, rest

    A quiet rest zone, with water offered every 15–20 minutes.

  6. 12:00

    Home time

    Your pet leaves rested, on their own schedule.

Welfare

  • Starts 10:00, indoors with air-conditioning
  • Shade
  • Water every 15–20 min

  • Group cap: Max 5 dogs
  • Noise below 80 dB, no fireworks
  • Rest zone

Any host, vet or owner can stop a pet's day at any time. It never counts against you.

Eligibility and status

  • adiClub Level 4 members
  • adidas-nominated guests (a proposal that needs adidas approval)
  • adiClub Level 3 members, through the waitlist
  • One non-member guest household per season, with host approval

Status: Open for requests

Capacity: Up to 5 dogs, one adult per pet

Complimentary. No ticket, fee or deposit. Every request stays with the adidas host team until a person approves it.

Conditions before this goes live

This is a concept. These must be cleared before the event can run.

  • AWBI registration, a licensed vet and animal insurance to confirm (India).
