How invitations work

An invitation, addressed to your pet. Everything is complimentary: no ticket, fee or deposit.

    Invite

    adidas sends an invitation addressed to your pet, with a single-use link.

    Request

    Pick the event and add the pet profile. We check the fit.

  3. 3

    With the adidas host team

    A person on the host team reviews the request. Until then, nothing is set.

    Confirmed

    Your pet's place is set, and a named host will greet them at the gate.

Who is invited

  • LEVEL 4 INVITE

    adiClub Level 4

    India 12,000+ points; UAE 13,000+ points.

  • adidas-nominated guests

    High-value clients named by adidas market teams, such as flagship clienteling, athlete and partner guests. This route is a proposal and needs adidas approval.

  • Waitlist

    adiClub Level 3 (India 4,000–11,999 points; UAE 5,000–12,999 points).

Level 4 is a spend threshold set by adiClub. The request form never asks for or shows your points.

The waitlist

Level 3? Join the waitlist. We'll save a spot by the water bowls.

When a place opens, we hold it for you for 24 hours. Level 3 members join after Level 4.

Priority order

  1. Level 4 members
  2. First-time households
  3. Request time

Cancelling

  • If your pet is unwell, cancelling is always free.
  • Cancelling more than 14 days ahead is free.
  • A cancellation under 72 hours, or a no-show, is recorded. Two records in 12 months lower your waitlist priority for a year.
  • A Pet's Veto withdrawal never counts against you.

Booking states

You will see "With the adidas host team" until a person approves. We never show a place as set before that.

Invited
adidas has sent an invitation addressed to your pet.
Requested
Your request is with the adidas host team.
Host approved
A person on the host team has approved your pet's place.
Confirmed
Your pet's place is set.
Waitlisted
Your pet is on the waitlist for this event.
Offered
A place opened up. We hold it for 24 hours.
Attended
Your pet came to the event.
Cancelled
The booking was cancelled.
Late cancel
The booking was cancelled less than 72 hours ahead.
No-show
Your pet did not come to the event.

Guests and help

One non-member household per Level 4 member per season, at Community and Culture formats only, with host approval.

Anyone can register interest. The form sends nothing in this concept. In the live product, the adidas team will be in touch.
